Imaging In
Italy is an American company in Rome. We have been
providing photographic tours in Rome, Florence, the Amalfi
Coast and Castelli Romani since 2004.
All tours are
confirmed when paid in full. To guarantee your
reservation, which are on a first-come first-serve basis, we
require a full, non-refundable payment, though some exceptions
may apply. In the case of a deposit less than full payment,
non payment of the balance will forfeit the deposits.
We offer
Morning and Afternoon tours on the same days and do our best
to accommodate our clients' schedules. If you are late,
we will try to do our best to accommodate you however we are
not responsible to do so after the reserved time and may
charge you a surcharge to complete the service. In either case
you are required to pay the full amount.
Our tours are
private tours of no more than 4 persons. We do not
require a minimum number of participants, however there is no
discount for any tour with less than 4 persons. There is
a surcharge for additional participants.
Prices
include tour fee, instruction, and assistance by our travel
expert in securing your hotel accommodations. Hotel
accommodations, tips/gratuities, drinks/food, Air/train
tickets to/from Rome, and your guide's accommodation costs are
not included in the price. Children under 13 years old are not
allowed on tours without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary if
circumstances beyond our control occur.
We strongly
advise you to purchase trip insurance.
Please note we
can not guarantee the timeliness of any tour modified less
than 7 days prior to start date.
